FairVote MN responds to questions raised at City Council Policy SessionThe Saint Paul City Council held a policy session on Instant Runoff Voting on March 28th. Speakers included Council Research staff, Minneapolis Council Member Elizabeth Glidden,Ramsey County Elections Manager Joe Mansky and Mounds Park Academy Students Libby Kantner and Katherine Richardson. Several issues were raised regarding implementation costs, voter education, voter participation and legal issues. FairVote Minnesota provides responses to these issues in the attached memo to the City Council. »
